Copyright Restricted Use License Agreement

Client has engaged Aeris Mapping, LLC for specific services to produce images and/or videos, which are considered the intellectual property of Aeris Mapping, LLC. Said images and/or videos are protected under federal copyright law and remain the intellectual property of Aeris Mapping, LLC upon the completion of the provided services of Aeris Mapping, LLC engaged by Client.

Aeris Mapping, LLC retains the right to use the images and/or videos provided for promotional, portfolio, or marketing purposes unless explicitly prohibited by a written agreement signed by all parties.

Upon receipt of full payment from Client for the services provided, Aeris Mapping, LLC hereby grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the provided images and/or videos for personal or agreed upon commercial purposes. Client shall have the right to print, share digitally, or display images and/or videos for personal or agreed upon commercial purposes. The provided images and/or videos shall not be altered, edited, resold, transferred or licensed without prior written consent of Aeris Mapping, LLC.

Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, any commercial or online use of the images and/or videos provided by Aeris Mapping, LLC shall include proper credit to Aeris Mapping, LLC (e.g., Photo by Aeris Mapping, LLC, Lakewood Ranch, FL).

Client shall not use images and/or videos for any contest, commercial resale, or redistribution without prior written approval of Aeris Mapping, LLC. Further, Client shall not use images for any purpose deemed illegal, defamatory, or harmful.

Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aeris Mapping, LLC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of the use of the images and/or videos not in accordance with this Restricted Use License Agreement.

This Restricted Use License Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Florida. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Restricted Use License Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manatee County, Florida.

By purchasing and using the images and/or videos provided, Client acknowledges and agrees to abide and be bound by this Restrictive Use License Agreement.
